50-Minute Reiki Healing Session $69
Reiki, which is one of the more widely known forms of Energy Healing, involves channeling Chi for the purpose of strengthening the client's energy system (aura). Chi is the term used in the East for the underlying energetic force of the Universe. Reiki involves channeling this energy through the practitioner into the client's body. It may be performed both on and off the physical body. Peter Fox is a certified Usui and Shamballa Reiki Master.

50-Minute Reflexology Session $69
Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every part of the body, including internal organs and glands.

60-Minute Prenatal Massage Session $79

Shiatsu is the foundation and touchstone of Peter Fox's unique fusion of modalities. Shiatsu is a massage technique based on the traditional Asian understanding of Qi (Chi), the life-force energy constantly circulating throughout our bodies. The Chi energy nourishes the body through specific energetic channels, or meridians. Along these meridians are found pressure points (acupressure points), or tsubos, which can be manipulated to stimulate Qi. Primarily employing finger and thumb pressure, Shiatsu incorporates acupressure and stretching, along with friction and joint mobilization work to correct the client's energy imbalance and restore the flow of Qi.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a remarkably gentle, hands-on method focusing on the body's cranio-sacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Practitioners release restrictions in the cranio-sacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST can be effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including migraines, chronic neck and back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ), sciatica, stress, and tension-related issues, to name just a few.
